1. Targeted Pharmacotherapy

2. Ultrasound-Guided Needle Aspiration

3. Pigtail Catheter Drainage (Minimally Invasive)
For larger abscesses (>5 cm) or liquefying collections, a small, flexible tube called a pigtail catheter is placed through a tiny skin prick under ultrasound/CT guidance.
